How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Plentyposition Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Plentyposition Windows & Siding
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start with the provider. Take it up with them directly. Keep a written record.

Still, we want to know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that often falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Plentyposition Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make choices for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@plentyposition.skin. Please include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will tell you what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
